10' warm up run G1, 50' ball variations (slalom, passes, multiple technique exercises) with 70-90%, 30' strenghtening, 20' leg stabilisation theraband.
feeling like alberto tomba in his best slalom days... training without tape for the first time again. seriously, went well. looking forward to tomorrow's meeting with the sporttherapie.
20' warm up run G1, 20' coordination runs, 5x7m sprints, 4 jump series (one-legged, two-legged), 20' cool down run G1.
my body is further on enervated. coughing like a smoker... anyway, training is ok. i am looking forward to the beginning therapies. tuesday i have an appointment with a physio in wels to show me the kinesio-tape technique.
2x30' G1 run (10' stretching break), 20' strenghtening.
morning: 60' strenghtening/coordination/stabilisation
afternoon: 5' warm up run, 15' coordination runs, 30' slalom exercises with ball (variations between 50-80%), 20' technique exercises with ball, 10x10m sprints with turning (90%, 10 seconds break), 5' cool down, 10' strenghtening.
my body feels better today, the cold slowly disappears. the afternoon training on the pitch went well, i am content.
60' stretching and coordination
caught a cold during the last days, do not feel that well. better kept a rest today to be able to train twice tomorrow.
5' warming up G1 run, 20' coordination runs, 10' stretching, 15' pass exercises short distance, 30' slalom exercises with ball (70-90%), 5' cool down, 20' stabilisation and strenghtening.
first time on austrian pitch tonight. strange feeling to practice alone on a football field, felt like in earlier days. anyway, i had a lot of fun with the ball and it was working pretty well. taped my knee really strongly, the stabilisation was quite ok during the entire training. however, i will meet with a physiotherapeut at the end of the week, who is going to show me the technique of kinesio tape. works well in the knee area, some other fellow physios told me. wednesday evening i will have the MRI scan in linz to show the pictures to dr. hoser on friday. then we are going to fix the therapy plan for the following weeks.
50' G1 (Pulse 130-140) run, 30' strengthening.
i have a little cold, therefore two days of rather rustig aan. tomorrow i will have an appointment with the medical institute in linz to define the therapeutical plan for the next week. let you know.
3 x 20' G2 (Pulse 140-150) run with 5' series breaks.
strange to be back here. moving in in my old appartment, belonging to me, but not to my emotions anymore. thank god, buddy jason joined me to linz to stay here until tomorrow, distracts me a lot. the first training in the morning along the sunny danube was ok. not a single person on the streets. ever heard of easter...?
