TRAINING Thursday, 12 April

morning: 60' strenghtening/coordination/stabilisation
afternoon: 5' warm up run, 15' coordination runs, 30' slalom exercises with ball (variations between 50-80%), 20' technique exercises with ball, 10x10m sprints with turning (90%, 10 seconds break), 5' cool down, 10' strenghtening.

my body feels better today, the cold slowly disappears. the afternoon training on the pitch went well, i am content.

heb je een beetje tijd nodig gehebt...? jouw feedback is echt belangrijk voor mij, roelf. tot nu, het training is ok, de knie en stabilisatie is goed. morgen ben ik bij hoser.
