20' warm up coordination runs, 20' slalom stabs with/without ball for- and backwards, 2 series 5 times slalom sprints 100%, 20' pass exercises right foot, 20' strenghtening.
a good feeling in my heart due to yesterday's qualification for the play-off. training went well, i am continously able to increase the intensity in the single exercises. especially the passes improved a lot this week. have a little patience...
5' warm up strenghtening, 4 series 10 times 50kg explosive steppers (one-legged), 4 series 12 times leg press (100/100/110/110kg), 3 series 15 times 50kg launches, 3 series 15 times abductors (8 plates), 3 series 15 times sitting chest press 80kg; in the breaks balance board coordination and jonglage.
holy shit, that was fucking exhausting today. the launches are awfully hard... had to lay down afterwards for a while. doesn't matter, i have time ;) tomorrow morning on the pitch.
25' frictions, 10' laser.
20' stabilisation, 15' warming up coordination ladder, 45' dribbling and shooting exercises left foot, 15' passing exercises right foot, 15' strenghtening.
some medicaments helped to control my cold, feel a lot better. today's training was really good. after therapy on midday, i worked on the pitch and did the first severe passing exercises with the right leg. i took a lot of care, and the knee felt quite stable. just not exaggerating now...
30' frictions semitendinosus, 5' laser.
50' stretching.
don't know, if it's the austrian air, but i'm not getting fit. coughing and sneezing the whole day, don't feel well at all. therefore reduction. hope it will be better tomorrow (planned therapy and training).
morning: warming up; 5 series 3 times 130kg explosive leg press one-legged, 5 series 12 times upsteppers 50kg, 5 series 6 explosive jumps stepper; 5 series 40kg jumps, 5 series 15 times dynamic leg swing 50kg; during the breaks balance board with jonglage and coordination exercises.
evening: 30' pass exercises, 30' shooting exercises (left foot), 15' strenghtening.
good good training day. the knee was really stable during the pass exercises. and an austrian massage finally ;)
20' frictions tendon, 10' laser, flector ep pain bandage.
the physio assumes the last problem to be in the area of the tendon, which she will discuss with dr. hoser.
10' warm up run G1, 50' ball variations (slalom, passes, multiple technique exercises) with 70-90%, 30' strenghtening, 20' leg stabilisation theraband.
feeling like alberto tomba in his best slalom days... training without tape for the first time again. seriously, went well. looking forward to tomorrow's meeting with the sporttherapie.
20' warm up run G1, 20' coordination runs, 5x7m sprints, 4 jump series (one-legged, two-legged), 20' cool down run G1.
my body is further on enervated. coughing like a smoker... anyway, training is ok. i am looking forward to the beginning therapies. tuesday i have an appointment with a physio in wels to show me the kinesio-tape technique.
sorry for writing late, i had no internet during these days. good news, however. the knee pictures are ok. no ligament rupture, no tendon nor meniscus problems, nothing wrong with the refixation. dr. hoser explained the difficulty during the pass training like this: "the muscle probably missed to stabilize the ligament for a moment, so it had too much pressure. basically no problem, but this ligament is 'on the way back' and a little bit sensitive concerning that."
finally we defined the training for the next two weeks.
- therapy: 3 times a week laser and ultrasonic
- training: continuously increasing ball training; 3 times a week leg strength and stabilisation training (almost the same like back home, just little adaptations like reactive jumps), individually and in form of group training; running by myself.
re-meeting with dr. hoser at the 2 or 9 may.
2x30' G1 run (10' stretching break), 20' strenghtening.
